What is Country Dance Day?

This is not your typical dance event.

Country Dance Day is the Bay Area’s largest country dance experience — bringing together dancers of all levels and the Bay Area’s top Country Dance Instructors and Country DJ’s for a full day of lessons, music, and high-energy fun in beautiful Half Moon Bay.

Whether you’ve never danced before or you’re out on the floor every week, this event is designed so everyone can jump in and be part of it.

  • Yes—there is free on-site parking available. Space is limited, so we highly encourage carpooling or using rideshare services, especially if you're staying at a hotel nearby.

  • Yes! Dinner is included with your ticket and will be served from 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM. Menu includes an awesome BBQ from Old Wagon Saloon - San Jose.

  • Drinks will be available for purchase in the Saloon, including beer, wine, and seltzers, along with non-alcoholic options. There is a ticket option that includes adult beverages

  • Yes—we encourage you to bring a reusable water bottle. Water refill stations will be available throughout the event to help you stay hydrated.

  • The official after party will be held at San Benito House Cantina located in downtown Half Moon Bay. Entry is included with your ticket—keep the party going as DJ Shivers plays your favorite line dance hits. Full bar and kitchen available for purchase.

  • Yes—this is a 16+ event.

  • This event does sell-out and therefore tickets will not be available at the door. We strongly recommend purchasing early.
