We’re excited to share that DJ Shivers and Line Dancing Lisa were recently featured in the San Mateo Daily Journal, highlighting the incredible growth of our Bay Area country dance community.

What started as a small group of dancers has grown into one of the largest weekly line dancing communities in the Bay Area, with over 500 dancers joining us each week across multiple locations.

The response from our dancers has been amazing. Many of our regulars reached out after reading the article, and one of our longtime dancers, Gina, even told us she got a little emotional reading it. That’s what this community is all about—and we’re grateful to be a part of it.

Huge thank you to Ana for coming out, experiencing a full night with us, and telling the story so well. She truly captured the energy, the people, and what makes this community special.
